The WeldFil Compact is a central extraction system built for continuous-duty welding and thermal cutting environments with extreme smoke and dust production. Powered by a 10 hp belt-driven radial fan, it supports airflows up to 5,000 cfm and vacuum pressures of 2,050–2,500 Pa.
This high-performance unit utilizes 12 cleanable KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges, totaling 120 m² of surface area, and is equipped with automatic pressure-controlled cleaning via rotating nozzles. The design includes a sealed 192-liter dust container with pneumatic lifting device for safe, contamination-free waste disposal. With a compact footprint, forklift access, and integrated touchscreen controls, the WeldFil Compact arrives fully assembled and ready to operate.
