The FilterMaster XL is an industrial-grade mobile welding fume extractor engineered to handle high levels of smoke and fine particulate emissions during nonstop welding operations. Designed for all welding materials including high-alloy steel, this extractor integrates a flow-optimized exhaust hood and KemTex® ePTFE membrane cartridge filters that deliver surface-level filtration with more than 99.9% efficiency.
The W3/IFA-certified FilterMaster XL welding fume extractor uses an automatic rotating nozzle cleaning system triggered by pressure differential, ensuring consistently high airflow performance and extending filter life with minimal maintenance. The flexible 10 ft extraction arm provides full 360° access and is built to stay in position without constant repositioning.
