The CareMaster Mobile Extraction Unit with a 10 ft arm is a compact, high-efficiency filtration system engineered for welding operations involving non-alloyed and stainless steel. IFA-certified for W3 welding smoke class, it delivers powerful smoke and dust extraction with a filtration efficiency exceeding 99%.
Built with a durable all-steel body, this mobile unit features a dual-stage filter system (M5 pre-filter and H13 main filter) and optional add-ons like an on/off switch at the hood and integrated lighting. Clean air is recirculated into the workspace, reducing the need for external ventilation and improving safety.

The CareMaster mobile extraction unit is the ideal solution for professional welding applications. Designed to effectively eliminate welding fumes and fine dust from your shop area. The IFA certificate is specifically for filtering welding fumes and returning clean, safe air back into the workspace. The coarse particles are captured in the pre-filter mat. The remaining particles are captured in the H13(HEPA) main filter. The clean air is then exhausted through the vent on the back of the unit, eliminating the need for additional ventilation. A high capacity fan with high negative pressure guarantees the volumetric flow is maintained, even when the filter is saturated.
Despite its powerful performance, the CareMaster mobile extraction unit operates quietly with a noise level of around 72 dB(A). The unit operates with a 115V power supply and is designed to withstands the toughest working conditions.
