The AirTracker Monitoring System is an innovative and intelligent solution for monitoring air quality in workspaces and facilities. It helps ensure a healthier and safer work environment. The AirTracker builds trust by providing reliable, documented measurements of particulate concentration, at even a nano-meter level.
The AirTracker monitors air quality with high-tech sensors, measuring particles smaller than 100 nanometers with an accuracy of ± 0.1 mg/m³. It evaluates particulate concentration from 0 to 6 mg/m³, providing clear readings via two large LED strips with a traffic light function. When a user-defined threshold is reached, the AirTracker can trigger connected TEKA fans or filter systems (with the optional AirController) to activate, improving air quality.
Beyond particulate matter, the AirTracker measures air temperature, and humidity, providing a comprehensive overview of the work environment. Data can be documented manually or via an optional data logger, assisting businesses in demonstrating compliance with trade association regulations and building confidence through proactive employee health management.
The AirTracker seamlessly integrates with Industry 4.0 standards, offering a user-friendly app (compatible with smartphones, tablets, and PCs) to display real-time data for temperature, humidity, and particulate pollution. Various app settings allow for customization and enhanced functionality.
